Muzaffar bhai, start your youtube channel or Facebook group or even TikTok. Cause your statements and quotes are very valuable, as it helps us to understand the people around us. for example "the opposite of addiction is connection", this statement is very enlightening. Just make like 20 seconds to 30 seconds videos like short or stories for us to learn and understand our own people of Pakistan. Daily or weekly or monthly, I and hopefully many from the audience will be waiting for your positive feedback.

Around 400 Psychiatrists and 800 psychologists among 22 crore people, where mental health issue is among the top 5 health conditions. I myself haven't visited a doctor when I was suffering from insomnia and depression. Now I'm good, Alhamdulillah. But the point is we sadly lack awareness.

“Pain is inevitable but suffering is a choice” JUST wow ♥️♥️♥️ Junaid bhai please encourage muzafar bhai to create more and more videos. His words are GOLD. In this toxic society.
  • I'm an occupational therapist and I can relate to Mr Mudaasir. The therapy field was a calling for me too. And now I work with differently able children and I'm grateful for it. I love my work coz I have gained more patience and I have achieved a skill to put my feet into someone else's shoe and understand people.

Being a person who is going through a turbulent patch in my marital life after 15 years of marriage .. this podcast felt very enlightening. Thank you Junaid.

My son goes here. I was a bit sceptical about the school since it wasn't too old but once I got interviewed by Muzaffar I was confident that this is the place for my kid. My son loves the school which never happened for me. The report card I got recently was not grades but my son's behavioral chart. Things me and my can work on at home. I am grateful that my wife and me made this choice.

True, real empathy is missing. You can perhaps do joint sessions with him ocassionally for the kind of mental issues that people address to you with ease because of your reach & trustworthiness.
  • One of the best podcasts ever. A needed one, I must add. Answered many of my questions. Thank you Junaid Bhai.

Finally someone in Pakistan talking bout mental health 🙄😌
  • @basicbase749
When most people tell you to read Quran to get out of depression, you know that’s a huge ignorance and denial of mental sickness. The world would be a better place with people who have better minds. But you can see why it’s such a messed up place. Everyone is trying to put their problems on others and no one wants to improve their own issues
