8 yrs ago I attempted chicken fried rice. It was a disaster. Wife gave me a negative 10 out of 10 and warranted. This video came across my feed this week. Watched and made fried rice tonight. Feel like a master chef now. Wife rated tonight's fried rice 8 out of 10. Thank you.

i love how approachable the channel is, suggesting not to follow the recipe, using what you have, alternative ways of doing things, the humour. the taste tester is fun too, she has good insights, glad to have found the channel!

I was a professional chef for 10 years and I have to say (this being the first video of yours I have watched), you rather brilliantly weaved the most basic pre-made options for the most novice of cooks with fabulous options and instructions for someone who is comfortable with cooking for themselves. Fantastic, educational video on such a great staple dish!

I know this is super simple for you, but I genuinely am supremely appreciative of your effort! It’s been SO expensive and hard for me to both afford to feed my family, and keep up with making different fresh, nutritious recipes for a low dollar amount. Extra long recipes can also take a toll on me as I’m severely disabled and get overwhelmed easily and quickly. You breaking things down to the most simple way possible helps me so much, and I’m sure it helps out many others!

2 years stationed in Korea and 2 years stationed in Japan trying to learn how to cook fried rice and eventually settling on a way that kinda works for me based on what i learned and it still ends up being packy and after watching a few of your videos, I finally figure out what I've been missing.
