Ingredients for flavoured paneer:

1.5 ltr full cream milk/दूध
3tsp vinegar/सिरका
2 tsp Chilli flakes/कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च
2 tsp roasted jeera/भुना हुआ ज़ीरा
1 tsp Grated Ginger/अदरक
3 tsp Coriander Leaves/हरा धनिया
2tsp salt/नमक

Ingredients for salad:
2 medium sized onions/प्याज़
1 deseeded tomato/टमाटर
1/2 Capsicum/शिमला मिर्च
¼ cabbage/पत्ता गोभी
1 carrot/गाजर
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder/कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर
1tsp chaat masala/चाट मसाला पाउडर
½ tsp roasted jeera powder/भूना हुआ जीरा पाउडर
1 Lemon Juice/नीबू का रस


Method to make flavoured paneer:

Take 1.5 ltr full-fat milk and bring it to boil. Just when it's about to boil add chilli flakes, roasted jeera, grated ginger, coriander leaves and salt.
Now turn off the heat and add 3 tsp vinegar gradually(1 tsp at a time) and stir it slowly You will see milk curdling
Now in a bowl take a muslin cloth and strain the water. Add a few coriander leaves for some extra freshness. Add some plain water to remove the sourness of vinegar. Rotate the cloth to remove water however be careful to not drain all the water. Shape it to a square shape with your hands and leave it under some weight for 2 hours to set.
Paneer will be ready, cut it into cubes.

Method to make the salad:

Slice onions, tomato, capsicum, cabbage and carrot. Add them to a bowl and add Kashmiri red chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted jeera powder and lemon juice. Mix it all with your hands and leave it for 5-10 mins

Now in a serving plate add the prepared salad and put the paneer cubes on it.
