  • Exact recipe for self rising flour. 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well or sift together. Works great!

My Go to recipe! Love this. Made it more than a handful of times. I coat my pan in cinnamon and sugar. Then sprinkle it on top. My co-workers request this often. Easy and always so moist and delicious. Blueberry, peach 🍑 just so yummy!

this is how my mom always made cobblers, as I do now..my mommy called it poor man's cobbler, you can use any fruit & it is so good...with apples & peaches I use a mix of brown & white sugar 1/2c of each..very tasty😀 & use real butter no margarine!! only difference is we melt a stick of butter in the pan then add berries & pour batter over berries...so good our favorite is blackberry but any fruit or berry is yummy!!

Don’t forget to put the pure vanilla extract in the blueberries with a little bit of nutmeg and cinnamon. It gives a good flavor and put some vanilla extract in the batter mix I promise you you’ll love it it gives it a nice flavor like a vanilla cookie flavor crust.

I made this and oh baby! This is fabulous! Although, mine was not as pretty as yours. I used fresh, extra large blueberries and added just a dash of cinnamon. Thank you.

No self rising flour? Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder for every one cup of flour and you'll have self rising flour. Nice easy recipe. :o)
