Kaif had said in an interview that once Sachin was out, even his parents switched off the TV and went for a movie. They missed out on the greatest innings which their son played !!

Dear Kaif, we never forget you. Yuvi you are our hero all the time. Sehwag, you were a passion for us. Sachin you are the Cricket for us. Ganguly you are the leader. Dravid you are a model. Harbhajan sing was a hope... Laxman was the player. Zaheer was the bowler, Kumble is the legend. Agarkar was an emotion. I still watch only these matches. Those were the days... Made my childhood full of your memories❤

This was a turning point in the history of Indian cricket. The dawn of young forces like Yuvraj and Zak!! Dada injecting aggressiveness into the veins of the team and to the audience!! What MSD got from Dada was a well oiled machine that was ready for its peak performance. MSD did a good job of looking after the machine to keep delivering the best!

Lots of cricketers criticized Ganguly for that celebration but the fans always admired it...it was indeed a moment of glory and Ganguly did what was required. LEGEND DADA 🙌
  • Everyone talks about Yuvi and Kaif but we didn't realise Dada was scoring faster than sehwag in this game.

Even the commentators were like “that’s it, it’s over” after Sachin got out. And you can’t blame them. This was the story of the Indian cricket team up until this point. Yuvraj and Kaif achieved the unthinkable. They proved that there’s more to Indian batting than just Sachin. I believe this game was a turning point for Indian cricket team.
