Challenging your beliefs is perhaps the most difficult aspect. One thing that people don't realize is that in the initial phase, even if you challenge your beliefs, you will actually still see negative effects. The breaking of the cycle takes time. This is where most people quit. Challenging negative beliefs is just like learning a new skill.
