You know that radiation can thingy, of you touch it, you will become green and have green bubbles on tour screen forever (until u die) BUT your hunger bar won't deplete at all. So use it at a last resort, or sell it to dan for 22 B$, seriously he'll only give 5 B$ for a pistol

Actually about the storm thing (no. 4) i honestly think that it doesnt matter if you are outside or inside (car or building). As long as you dont move, you should be 100% fine (unless your car is big, then get out and go away from it or it hits your car and damages it).
