Flux core wire? Something isn't quite right. Almost wonder if the tip needs replacement. There are moments the arc completely stops

16:34 You can toally get it sorted on your own. While I can't see your welds I can hear it. If your contact tip is new, try bumping your wire feed rate. Sounds like it is loosing contact so I'm wondering if the wire is burning back on you. One adjustment at a time. Besides it's all steel. No limit to the number of times you can cut, weld, grind. Just a matter of time, money, and GAS (give a shit). Run until you exhaust one of the three.
