I first heard him on the radio back when DJ's were human. I heard the song "Lie to Me" and called the station to ask "who was that". That's how I met Jonny Lang :-)

I wish people would stop saying Jonny is underrated, why would anyone say that , he's been around since he was 13 yrs old ,draws the crowd's everywhere he goes ! All over the world even, Any one that loves the blues knows who he is that's why they fill up the venues he plays , who are these under raters people are referring to ? Stop saying that, every blues head in the world knows Jonny Lang and that signature voice of his ! And I hear or read so many people are comparing him to other's and I wonder why ? Because he's not trying to sound like someone else or be someone else , He's Jonny with his own music his own style his own brand ! Appreciate him for who he is , There's nothing to compare not a thing !
  • see kids, this is called live, real music ... it was back in the day. you missed it. lucky we have recordings.
  • For a brief second there, I thought the gray headed person was his Mama! Good to see the old guys with him, big age difference and sound great.
  • Went to Disneyland with my wife, sister in law and all the kids. Johnny Lang was playing on one of the stages... This song! Gave my wife a couple of hundred bucks extra and said "You guys go have fun"...

If Hendrix and Johnny Lamg had played together I bet Jesus would have showed up!
  • While there are a lot of great guitarists in this world, very few of them have ever played with the passion, heart and soul of Jonny

I was born into a perfect storm, 1951. Best of times, best music. The kids just don't have a clue. Of course then they grow older and guess what? Oh yeah, good thing it's all on You Tube Baby!!! Peace on Earth!!!
  • Heard of Jhonny in 2000, our lives have been MUCH better since that day! Even got to see him at RED ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He was 18 here... imagine improving on what was already perfect. The band os unbelievable too!
  • How far the world has fallen. I was 10 when I heard Johnny and thought music would survive. Commercialism makes it so hard to find. We need a renaissance
