Wildfire risk is higher than average Friday for Northern California as gusty winds could help fuel fires. A red flag warning issued by the National Weather Service is in effect through 11 p.m. because of southern winds. That could be problematic for firefighters as they work to extinguish the Park Fire, California's largest wildfire of the year so far.
