I was an athlete sprinter . I had this thought if someone gave their 💯 and stood 4th it would give them sadness. While they give their 90% and stood first that would give peole immense happiness. We put our happiness in societal expectations and go crazy.

You sir known for simplify , more or less minimalist home . You wrote four books minimalism , and intentional living. There are simple ways to start living more minimal such as lifestyle . Give your self clear personal goal , time line . Decide how your home can help you live more minimalist life . Decluttering . Train yourself to with less . Ask yourself I do really need this all time . Invest in high quality items . I hope ican learn a lot from your knowledge. Best wishes for you your dearest ones .
