She’s cutting off defence but letting “common wealth” talk without interruptions. And the positioning of the desks. Everything just screams “ cover up”

The judge is 👎🏻 she’s nasty. She doesn’t have an ounce of the court etiquette that Judge Newman has and other judges I’ve seen over the years on court tv. She’s going to be a biiissshh this whole trial.

The " hair" is so important to the prosecution until it is determined not to be a human hair. Then Lally wants to destroy it like it never mattered while lying 4 separate times. Just how many innocent people has this DA railroaded.

Okay if I was this judge after hearing that the lab keeps documentation of all of their contact with Commonwealth and that they have not been contacted by then and he didn't ever respond to their request about if they should test. So I would subpoena the head of that lab and have them come in and explain what's going on with those items because I honestly do believe that the state is withholding evidence. If this occurred nearly two years ago now why is it just now finishing being tested it doesn't take that long and the fact that he keeps saying 30 to 60 days 6 months ago and then before that he also said the same thing clearly he's a lying and I just hate that so much deference is given to the state that they couldn't possibly be lying to the judge when they freaking flat-out do a lot
