I love making pot pie! The only thing I do different is I use 2 crusts, one on bottom and one on top.

I know that everyone is always comparing the twins but I must say Tia has always been my favorite twin and now we get to see another side of her. You can see she truly love cooking.

It's about a balance of a great filling AND a great crust. One of my pet peeves with pot pies (besides runny sauce) is not having enough crust!
