Started listening to Bach when I was 16 or so Now I am 80 and still enjoying his heavenly music

I've recently come out of cranial surgery to remove a very large tumor, the size of a cricket ball. Prior to surgery I was advised to have my 'will' done... I thought I would never have the pleasure of such beautiful music again. But fortunately the surgical team had success.

Bach lives forever. My dad held Bach music up to my mother's stomach every single day of her pregnancy, and I was born in 1978 with music before speaking. Grew up playing the flute thanks to Bach and majored in music education thanks to Bach. It lives on in our memories. Forever.

To anybody who's reading this, there are a lot of languages in the world but music is the language which connects all of us. May the feeling of overwhelming, the doubt, negative thoughts and the overthinking exit in your mind. When you hear music, all the negativity leaves your body and help you feel amazing, peaceful and calm. Blessings to all.

I play this during my dinner time and it’s mesmerizing. Listening to Bach is like growing wings and flying.

From an almost 50-year-old who has listened to Classical since a young teen, this is the best rendition and compilation.

The most interesting thing for me is to find a great variety of languages in the comments. It shows how Bach and classical music can touch people what ever language they speak. Greetings from Brazil !!!

After a long day at work, I come home, close my eyes for few moments and just listen J.S. Bach violin concertos. It's such an immense pleasure.

there won't be another J.S. Bach in billion years. I am blessed to know and play a lot of his works.
