It would be really cool if in a couple of years all the top tech YouTubers collaborate and give out these smartphone awards. I think the awards would have more of an impact on the industry and make the awards less subjective

This year has actually been great as finally the wave of innovations from some "not so mainstream brands" have started again, after being absolutely abandoned for pretty much a long time, and this makes it exciting to see the upcoming future smartphones.

Excellent choices, just curios about these topics: 1) Fairphone 5 - Maybe a new category for next year: "Best sustainable and repairable phone of the year" 2) For best phone of the year maybe we can have a winner for each tear? Low - Medium and Flagship? 3) At the end of the presentation to talk about some phone statistics, similar like the ones we have for cars? For example: What was the best seller phone of 2023? Whats was the best seller iPhone and most popular iPhone color of 2023? What was the best seller Samsung phone for 2023? What was the most stolen phone of 2023? 4) Lastly, we should talk about the impact on the planet that all these phones have, I mean do we really need a new iPhone every year? Maybe Apple should produce an iPhone every other year, that will be better for the planet and the consumer. Thank you.
