Just thought I’d share blood worm feeding time with my African Cichlids. They eat these about once a week combined with medium omega sinking Cichlid pellets and baby shrimp. 40 gallon tank, 2 years established. Inside there are 2 Acei, 1 yellow lab, 1 Venustus, 2 Demasoni and 2 Botia.
