Wow, first time I've have a comment responded to directly. I feel like some significant context was missing from the story you told. Because if you told me, that what I needed done. would require parts be removed from the vehicle, and sent off to be worked on. I would agree that the customer was being very unreasonable to expect it done in 48 hours after drop off. But if I recall, you said that when he returned. He told you "it looked like it hadn't been touched". To me, that sounds like nothing of significance had been done. Which is the angle my comment was about. But I'm not above being proven wrong about things. And clearly I had a lack of information here. I'm not calling you a bad shop or anything. But the story isn't putting a good light on the situation.
