Thanks for ALL the Love and Comments on this video from My American and British friends out there! I appreciate you ALL! Much Love!!!✌️
  • 3 things: pombears are designed exclusively for children, so they are softer on the pallette, and generally have a much lighter flavour than a 'normal' flavoured packet of crisps would have so as not to be too overpowering for kids. prawn cocktail flavour has nothing to do with prawns or seafood as such, it's a reference to the 'cocktail sauce' used in a prawn cocktail which is predominantly ketchup/mayo/vinegar/lemon juice and other ingredients based on personal preference/region. while I don't mean this as an insult, it's very obvious that you have very little concept of what certain 'proper' ingredients taste like, as do most Americans sadly due to the nature of your food industry, some of the things you criticised the pizza hut collab flavour for, you wouldn't be complaining about if you knew what proper pepperoni tasted like, unless you make it yourself properly and know all the ingredients then you won't get a proper flavour profile, and unfortunately what Americans call pepperoni is not actually pepperoni; another thing to keep in mind regarding this sort of thing is that the British pallette is softer so flavours in general are toned down compared with what you are used to, that's also partly due to the sheer amount of chemicals introduced into your foodstuffs that you have to have overpowering flavours for many food items because without those extreme flavours you would taste all the chemicals in your food, so when something from Britain says 'bursting with flavour' you need to keep in mind that its reference point is the natural flavour of the product and the thing you're eating has been enhanced with more flavour than the baseline, but not to the point where the flavour is overpowering. while certain flavours will be alien to you as they simply don't exist in the US, some things will be vastly different based on the list of banned substances your version of things has in it compared with things from outside of the US, in future it might be worth trying similar products side by side so you can see that difference first hand.

You should look into getting some wireless microphones, it'd make the video quality way greater Prawn cocktail is meant to be the prawn cocktail sauce instead of the prawn taste, it's got a strong vinegary taste. Every time I see Americans try anything prawn cocktail flavoured crisps ( Walkers, Skips and Wotsits brands), 9/10 they don't like it haha. It think its just a British palate kinda thing. Walkers makes some very strange flavours but if it says it tastes like something... it definitely tastes like it! They had a chilli and chocolate flavour before! Thai Sweet Chilli Sensations are very popular in the UK, I think all Sensations variations are quite popular.

Fun video. In the Walker's Max, find the Paprika flavour, much more flavour for you guys to enjoy.

Why do soooooo many Americans seem to think that England and the UK are the same thing?? The UK consists of Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales.
  • @rhymetimeuk
Please someone send them some BBQ Hula Hoops! best crisps ever imho! enjoyed the vid!
  • to be fair Dr Pepper is vanilla. its an ingredient in the original. btw they are crisps haha
  • lol prawn cocktail is just the sauce...no prawns/shrimps involved..so funny seeing the vids with ppl thinking its prawn .so fishy flavour
  • @issimondias
Pom Bears are not British. they are just sold in the UK. They are Dutch/German.

Look forward to trying more sweets, chocolates and whatnots in the future. Will you be able to brave Marmite and Colemans' Mustard?
  • @hayley37732
You need to try the prawn cocktail in some bread and butter crisp sandwich lovely

How can you like ketchup, but not like ketchup flavoured things? That's just like saying I love apples but I don't like coconut, especially with a hint of bubble and squeak, seasoned with coriander and liquid cheese!!!!❤
  • I like prawn cocktail. Call me weird but I think its like a slightly sweet salt and vinegar. As far as I know shrimps are smaller prawns. Edit: You kind of had some of the worst flavours of Walkers Max. There paprika which is really good and they do a Walkers Max Strong range. Jalapeño and cheese, there's also Spicy chicken thighs (forget exact wording) which are great as well. I agree the pepperoni is kind of mid.

American or English spelling....I don't know if you've ever seen the Gerry Anderson TV series Space 1999, but because they were under orders to make it appeal to American audiences all the signage in the show was in American english ie Center instead of Centre

Walkers was brought by the Pepsi-cola company in the 1980's and re-branded it "Lays" except in the UK hence the similarities. There is no excuse for them to deny you the good sh!t we get from them. Sorry guys.
  • @HAWK...214
picture behind you is crooked...i know i have problems..but felt compelled to say something
  • @JustAlfiee
Lays and walkers are the same company, but a different name, in most countries they’re called lays but here in the UK they’re called walkers

Prawns are not freshwater there is a difference between a prawn and a shrimp they both come from the ocean one be small one be big look similar but totally different now we have cleared that little misunderstanding up let's try the next one prawn cocktail is not the actual prawn it is the sauce that goes with it
