Hey stranger on the internet, I hope your days been going well. I know you're probably going through a lot but I hope you are smiling and laughing more than crying. If youre feeling sad or anxious, take a moment to breath, and do something that makes you relaxed or happy or be with someone you love. If you want to be alone, that's okay too. But remember that there are 13 million others whom have watched this meditation video and we're all here if you need some help. May whoever's reading this all find happiness and love in their lives <3

  • this was a great quick mindfulness exercise. i find body scanning ones easiest to remain present. but remember: mindfulness isn’t about having no thoughts! it’s about recognizing the thoughts you have and being able to pull back into the present :) i hope whoever is reading this has a lovely day/night!

"The practice is here whenever you need it", that alone brings me comfort.

I’m a freshman in college and it has not been easy. I get really bad social anxiety and I just feel sad and alone a lot. Gonna try to meditate more now. This video really relaxed me.

this was my first time meditating and i had tears coming down my face towards the end of it. i felt disconnected from my body and as if all my worries simply didnt exist anymore. it was wonderful
  • You are right where you need to be even if it doesn't feel like it. Everything you are going through, is to prepare you for something greater. Don't give up.
  • To anyone who feels like they can’t go on anymore Remember this: it will always get better, what you are feeling right now is only a feeling, a moment, a thought. No matter how hard it is, resorting to self harm is never the answer. Because no matter what pain you are going through, you will be happy in the end. Trust me. It’s going to be alright.
