  • One of the best things about electric mowers is that they always start.
  • @capiberra4118
I just took the recoil rope starter mechanism off my mower and use a corded electric drill driving a socket sized for the main shaft nut, to turn the motor over, F1 racer style. Works well enough for me.
  • Cuts grass much better after you added the electric starter. 😀 Well done! You are a master inventor. I think I would have just replaced the pull cord.

The company that produces that glue should pay you money - I went and bought that glue after I saw it in your clips - you use it at everything :))

  • This is an excellent idea without all that rotten pull string nonsense.
  • now i have made my push mower a walk behind using an electric motor. i have to say, that's pretty cool.

  • This was a very good build. Thanks for the upload. I'm going to do this myself, but I'm going to use it on a predator generator and add a remote control for the motor so that I can crank it up during this winter without having to go outside into the cold to hand crank it. This is a very good and useful idea. Many thanks to you!
