What's crazy is that several of these things were told to me as a middle school girl. Like I made myself sleep on my back for years to avoid wrinkles/a lop sided face. It's interesting and sad to see men discovering the same types of pressures. I wish we could just move away from this shit entirely!

Seeing a increase in people using incel terminology on social media like this really worries me, it's such a horrible and regressive "community", i think we need to make young boys more aware of how to avoid this ideology in order to avoid falling down the rabbit hole of inceldom and the manosphere
