I love Cajun culture and cuisine. I have been all over Louisiana and it's fantastic. People choose living life over things and riches. Ya'll have more festivals than the world. Good times always! On another note, it looks like crabbing is tough there too. I crab the Trinity River near Anahuac, Texas and it's tough these days. I remember when I was young, we could drop a pot and it would have ten or twelve big ones in a few hours.

Thanks for the glimpse into the Cajon life. I had a Blues band years back, and we fronted a Zydeco band at a Cajon festival, here locally in the Central Valley, California. Going to Louisiana and hanging with the locals to do what ya'll are doing, and play music (I spotted the guitar) was on my bucket list, but now, I don't even own a bucket. That's OK.
