Many what ifs of kny forget that tranjiro squad arrived at mugen train so he could gain info about sun breathing So if Tanjiro learned sun breathing earlier he has no reason to go there.

Actually everything would change. Tanjiro would be too powerful for Urokudaki to train and he would become Giyus Tsugoku. Tanjiro would meet zenitsu and inosuke like before but he would already be doing total concentration breathing constant. He would instantly kill Rui and master sun breathing before Giyu and Shinobu show up. They go back to the butterfly mansion where tanjiro is questioned by Kaguya about his mark. Tanjiro is easily leagues above the hashira now and he would become the Sun hashira with permission from Kaguya. He takes the Mugen train mission and kills enmu on his own without inosuke. Akaza shows up and he kills Akaza by himself and rengoku survives easily. He goes with tengen to the district go help him find his wives. Tanjiro would kill daki by himself AND gyutaro. Tengen would save his wives but not retire because he didn't kill or help kill an upper moon. Tanjiro would end up at the swordsmith village not because his sword broke bit because he was instructed to go there by Kaguya to chill. He would meet mitsuri and muichirou where he would easily overpower him defending the child. Tanjiro would easily overpower hantengu and kill him quickly, tanjiro would then go to gyokko where he is fighting muichirou and easily kill him but Because tanjiro doesn't show as much emotions before he would not cure muichirous amnesia and he would not regain memories but would still keep the mark. Mitsuri would show up late and see the battle is completely over and she would not awaken her mark. Tanjiro would help in hashira training to assist the corps in training and awakening the mark. Every single hashira except for shinobu would awaken a mark by fighting tanjiro together except gyomei who purposefully does not in order to prevent himself from dying due to being older than 25 (keep in mind the hashira knew of the marks curse before the training began). Muzan would show up to attack Kaguya and the bomb would go off. Tanjiro would show up with the rest of the pillars and gyomei would crush kusans head as before but everyone would still fall into the castle. Akaza would not be present for the fight and nothing would happen. Giyu and tanjiro would split up and Giyu would arrive to fight kokushibo alongside tengen, rengoku, and muichirou, genya, gyomei, and sanemi. Kokushibo would be overpowered and killed due to all the slayers having marks and red blades except for genya. Muichirou would still lose his hand and Tengen would lose an eye but no other casualties would take place, sanemi would not lose most of his fingers and the slayers would be primed for muzan fight. Shinobu dies to douma as normal and Kanao shows up to fight douma alongside inosuke. Tanjiro shows up shortly after and they easily kill douma together. Yushiro hijacks nakimes BDA as before to force muzan to the surface. All of the pillars are now present at the surface against muzan and he would instantly attempt to flee. The hashira would kill muzan without difficulty and the series would end positively.

If he had the mark like Yoriichi, assuming it was similar in potency, he wouldn’t even need Rengokus help in the fight against Akaza, remember Muzan is leagues above all the upper moons in every area of combat, and Yoriichi cut him up before he even realize what was happening, Akaza wouldn’t have escaped, he’d die on the spot, and Tanjiro also wouldn’t have had any trouble with Gyutaro and wouldn’t even need Uzui’s help and could just cut both Gyutaro and Daki’s heads at the same time in an instant before either could lift a finger, He’d also have no problems holding Muzan off solo while stalling waiting for the sun to come up so Gyomei, Mitsuri, and Obanai would’ve also lived, not to mention Kokushibo and the other uppermoons would’ve heard about how Akaza, Daki, and Gyutaro were all defeated and would all shift attention to go straight for Tanjiro who would end the fights instantly as well. Simply put, if Tanjiro was born with the mark, he’d be a hashira after killing Rui, he’d gain a reputation after easily killing Uppermoon 3 and 6, the rest of the uppermoons would also be aware of this and would try to challenge him only to die just as fast, all of the hashira would be perfectly fine and Muzan would be left alone, he wouldn’t need to be weakened by Tamayo, she’d only need to poison him in a way that he can’t split himself up again to make sure he gets killed but with Tanjiros hyper carrying she still wouldn’t die from doing it, and Tanjiro alone would easily fight Muzan solo until the sun rises, no hashiras dead or even crippled (Uzui) and Tamayo would still be alive and well. Not to mention, there would be no Demon king Tanjiro cuz Muzan wouldn’t even get that chance. Basically, the only reason Yoriichi couldn’t end it then and there was because Muzan wasn’t disabled from splitting, that’s it, Yoriichi would beat all the uppermoons as easily as a full grown body builder could easily beat a goldfish.

Actually there will be 7 pillars(+1 Retired pillar) left as Tanjiro would've become a pillar after killing Rui.

This is an interesting alternative, but one thing that I want to know is that tanjiro unlocked hinokami kagura because of the overwhelming strength of rui. So if he could easily beat rui in the first place, how would he have gotten to know about sun breathing?

Thank God he doesn't have a demon slayer mark when born

Gyomei would not have been over-using his skills and power at his age since Rengoku joins them. Else the rest of the plot was logically designed for this scenario However, the artist wanted to end the story in this way as you itself mentioned that Tanjuro wouldn't have become the demon king and so there was disbanding of the demon slayer corpse.

This would make muzan fear him x1000

The end should be " The hashiras will be disbanded because theres no demons now since muzan is dead"

Everyone forgets how if tanjiro mastered water breathing properly and had the mark, he would have killed rui without sun breathing

Just in case, Tanjiro would need to be Kinoe to be able to get Hashira, and by the end of the series the whole squad rosed up to Hinoto and that stopped here.
