Audrey's Amelie has SO much personality. I adore this production so much. It has a lot more heart than the Broadway production and I think that is evident through these new lyrics!
  • If there is ever a CD of this cast's version, I would immediately buy it. I happened to visit Dublin on this tour's opening night at the Gaiety Theatre and took a chance. Production is absolutely stellar; better than the Broadway version! It's been a few days since then and I can't stop thinking about it!

I LOVED this show! Now desperate for a UK cast recording!!!

We saw this at The Watermill a short while ago and had the pleasure of meeting this lovely young woman and the cast in the bar afterwards; I had the excuse to chat as I was born in Newfoundland and Audrey is of course French Canadian. I wish they would release the whole performance as a DVD or similar...I could watch it time and again. I don't believe I have ever seen so much raw talent in one place at one time. It leaves me quite emotional thinking about it even now.

Please please record this, I have been living off the American version on Spotify after seeing this in Exeter, however it is a pale comparison to the uk version. I NEED this cast do a recording!!

Audrey Brisson is a gem and shines like a beacon in this production. I saw her and the entire wonderfully talented cast (they all have to act, sing and play an musical instrument on stage) in Birmingham in July. A brilliant Homage to the film but so much more and each cast member is moving around the stage with military precision. It really is one of those theatrical moments that you should run out and do whatever you can to get a ticket. Glad to see that it has a West End run at the Other Palace theatre in Dec (2019) & Jan (2020). Thank you cast members for really making my visit (from Canada) so much more special and special thanks to Audrey: 4 years is a long gap to see her perform (when I last saw her in Kingston as the lead in Romeo and Juliet).

I saw this 2 months ago, I loved it, I'm going to see it again. I adore AB's portrayal of Amelie. Not flawless singing like Phillipa Soo but I don't care, she's full of character

Omg!!! I love this!!! She's fantastic! And I like the new lyrics even better than the Broadway ones :D

We NEEEED a cast recording of this UK cast! Saw this show last night and was blown away, been trying to listen to the broadway soundtrack because I can’t get it out my head but it really has nothing on this version!

I saw this production in Dublin two days ago! I am in love, it was so amazing, the life and energy put into the whole show was insane and the fact everyone was playing the instruments on stage, I hope everyone in the production goes very far! ♥️♥️♥️
  • @adrstanier

Saw this in Bradford a month ago now and have been listening to the soundtrack non-stop. Please release a UK cast recording from this production!
  • @miketarran2532
Caught you all at Exeter yesterday, absolutely amazing! Eye opening take on (musicaly and production wise) of Amelie. Absolutely hands down better production than Broadway version. Massively talented bunch of people. All the best.
  • @adrstanier
My wife and I are booking a third visit in October. That good!!!
  • I really hope they will be releasing a cd of this version of Amelie, so much better than the broadway version. Can not wait to see the show again in three weeks and then again when it comes to London. Absolutely loved it! I love the film and the show managed to keep the quirkinesses and true essence of Amelie.

I saw this at the Kings Theatre in Edinburgh on Saturday and was instantly in love!! It is a true representation of the Film and was much better than what I have seen of the US Version (French accents for one) I hope they release a cast recording (especially with this cast)
