  • Hi Annemarie. bearing in mind that an aha moment expresses the most important, crucial and vital part of a point or a story, i´ve got to say that preparation is that aha moment for me.Be it the person leading the meeting or be it the person participating in it. on the other hand, you put your ideas across so clearly and concisely that we don´t to need any more clarification. let´s say, it´s all crystal clear. However ,I´d also like to highlight strategy no. 7, that is to say, how to minimize off-track conversations. what a waste of time! a lot of bla, bla,bla.. now again thank you so much for your efforts.
