Still hurts, best friend died and we covered this whole album over the weeks, months, years. We finally got to all hope is gone when he died I kept playing this album all the way to all hope is gone then stopped, cuz something in me wouldn't let me strike the next note on my drum set... Still hurts. Rip to Joey Paul and my brother ynnek. 💔😔

I am 25 years old, listened to all manner of metal end to end, fan of some parts of the genre and not of others. Never listened to slipknot but for the few select songs on radios and the mega hits. Man, this is killer in like 50 different ways. I am blown away and fully understand how game changing this band is. absolutely massive

Amazing. I've listen to metal for over 35 years. Many times tried to get into Slipknot. I wasn't able to do it, their music was an abstract for me. But a few days ago I randomly played Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses) on YT and YES, YES, YES. What an amazing, unputdownable band! Magic of metal, magic of music.

I really adore Slipknot with all of my heart.
I would do anything for them, I don’t care what my parents say about this band.
It’s what got me started with everything heavy metal music that there is to listen.
This is why no one is the boss over my music that I listen to!!!💗

I've been a fan of Slipknot most of my life and All Hope Is Gone is a classic. Still got the card inside with the AHIG tour. As much as I loved the Iowa days, the AHIG era was the best period for the band. At that point I'd already waited 6 years to see them live after missing out on the Iowa, V3 tours due to lack of funds. Then my 20th birthday came and was surprised to get a Slipknot ticket for the AHIG tour, 6 months later I seen them again at Download 2009. I got to see Chris Cornell then walked to main stage to wait for Slipknot at Donington Park. It was the best time of my life without a doubt in the 2008-09 days. All Hope Is Gone.
