This is one of my special pancit canton, of course:)

Ingredients:
1 big onion
1 head of garlic
2 lbs pancit canton noodles
1 lb. squid balls (cut in a half)
7 chinese sausage (sliced in small pcs)
rotisserie chicken / chicken breast
green beans
1 big cabbage
4 medium carrots
2-4 tbsp of mushroom dark soy sauce
5-7 tbs of oyster sauce
salt and black pepper to taste
8 cups of water
