Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice that involves forgiveness and reconciliation. The word translates to "to make things right" in English, and is also associated with the synonyms "manage" and "supervise". The practice aims to heal and transform relationships, and to bring about understanding, connection, and healing within oneself and others. The four steps in ho'oponopono are: remorse, forgiveness, gratitude, and love. Ho'oponopono involves expressing remorse, asking for forgiveness, expressing gratitude, and expressing love. It is also a cultural practice that involves restoring goodness to what it once was. Similar forgiveness practices are performed on islands throughout the South Pacific, including Hawaii, Samoa, Tahiti, and New Zealand. I just looked it up because I didn't know what it was. So I am posting this just in case anyone else doesn't know.

I have rediscovered Ho'oponopono over the weekend and it has radically changed my life. I am on the spectrum and tend to hold on to pain and trauma from my childhood (56) and some more recent events have stepped on this trauma and activated to a point I almost lost my 33 yr marriage. I am completely a different person today than I was last week. You are dead on with this reading for me.

3 of swords is my oldest daughter we lost her to leukemia. I was told in a dream is a teenager. She was amazing i will never let this grief go. I am a crab 🦀 I don’t talk to her nervy my daughter Aries she knows I get chocked up so I don’t cry. I do so many self care 2 decades of chemo surgeries. Painful slow. 5 h20 in one house 😅thank you. Big tower is sadly coming I feel it and I am past this for gratitude and the blessings of being my daughters and son thier mom. God laughs when i make plans 😅❤❤❤❤

I was born with a gift. I have always known. But yes you just said it perfectly. Since I'm older now I just know all my past lives. What I'm here for. My purpose, I signed up for this. All of it. Earth is a school for some.

Seeing ahead these days like you’ve mentioned, ever since I started getting into astrology as a hobby and a “portal” to the universe opened up in my “head” and started getting all these insights. They are not always clear, they are often energies, vibes , like “blurred” words like I could almost make out the words but I couldn’t yet, if it makes sense? but sometimes they do form concrete and tangible thoughts and ideas and urging me to act on them.

My mom always told me to take time to listen to the noise outside, to your body to feelings she take us as kids to river flowing water or ocean have us remove our shoes place on rock bye river close or eyes just concentrate on nature and noise around us what it's saying to us. It grounds us to earth and I taught my kids this to. It brings my dreams more clarity I had a dream I die in a car accident woke up upset and told my husband all details didn't know were it happened on my way to work on hwy 101 in Oregon that winter about 6 months later I crashed but instead of going over the side. I said to myself I know what happened when I went over cliff, I jurked the wheel hard stepped on gas it was snowing went across the traffic none coming at the time hit the sand dune bank. Truck pulled me out of the ditch went to top mountain called my husband crying as I was setting there a large white orb came up to my truck on the mountain no noise set for a minute and just floated off it's hard for me to logically accept the white orb. I have had other dreams like this. My mom new the moment my dad got in a logging accident broke his nick in Alaska she was in Oregon she feeling panicked the day before she came in to my room said your dad's been hurt we waiting for call to tell us get ready we're going to Washington to meet him a hr later we got the call. She did the same when my sister went into labor she had me getting ready to leave before she called to tell us. I have this gift and my older sister. It's not fun but it's good to know, emotional rollercoaster why you're waiting for clarity.

Once again, spot on! My life lesson for this year is my faith needs to be bigger than my fears. The source of most of our fears is the traumas we experienced growing up. We Crabs also can't let ANYTHING go. We have long memories. I am working on letting go of all that crap that is not serving me. Forgive all tresspasses...... easier said than done. As the weight lifts, clarity appears and grows. ❤🎉❤

I have have found a large crow feather in my yard and two small black feathers the past two days. You have been spot on with the birds and seeing feathers.

Your confirmation for incoming movement forward is very appreciated during this time. Ironically, several days ago, I was bitten by an ant during the beginning of a sickness (affecting my breathing). I was bitten by an ant again last night, and I had reached out to a very dear (and spiritually gifted ) friend of mine for advice, and she’d told me that ants biting me are symbolic of them trying to push me into forward movement.

A bird sat next to me the other day, im watching this on the '22nd' and I saw a black cat a few days ago. I also heard the song Like a bird by Nelly Furtado today.
