Jessica has promoted Filipino culture and food more than most of our local vloggers. She’s truly Filipino at heart and we love her for that.
  • @artryanrock
Jessica seems like more Pinoy than any other filipino youtuber/content creator. The way she explores the culture and interacts with people around her is really entertaining and I love it...
  • @deanfrayna
Yung inabot nya buong bag at kinuha lahat nung bata and how Jess and her team reacted yung "hayaan na, it's ok" is very good to see. Genuine pagkamabait netong babae na to ❤ lavet!

Jessica is the tourism representative we need. In my opinion she really introduced Filipino places, food, culture really well. Sobrang deserve kesa sa kay Vanessa Hudgens.
  • This is why I love Jessica. Doesn't need for collaboration. Her content alone is gold! ❤️💕
  • @kellancekid
I love this!!! Great piece!!! Jessica's down to earth self is clearly seen, the walk in crowded spaces, the eating in the street, giving hopia to the street boy, the make shift table! Also your confidence has overtaken your shyness! just dont spill the food next time😂😅😊 Salamat Jessica and your team! Very well done!!!
  • I can say that Jessica Lee is definitely an influencer that introduces Philippine Culture in a sense that it is relatable and with no bias at all. Had been binge watching her videos for 3 weeks na. Hoping to have more provincial video featuring their own cuisines.

Your style of doing food reviews is amazing; it's very genuine and non-smg. A lot of food vloggers I watched before are like this, but right now the genuine feeling when they are eating food is gone. I hope yours will stay intact! Have a safe day always, and I'm a fan from idol school! Hehehe, I watched all of EP, and I recognized you here on YouTube! Good luck, and may the Good Lord Bless you!
  • 14:27 JESSICA :"it's okay na. Ipis lang, ipis lang." Hahaha Ang cute🥰 Ung sanay na sanay na si Jessica sa mga nakakatakot(?) na insects (ipis) dito sa pinas💕

One more thing i like about Jessica, binabagay nya talaga yung styling/makeup niya sa pupuntahan niya. And she doesn’t seem to care kahit pawis na siya or medyo magulo na yung hair niya… and that’s good coz we could really see what she went through while traversing the streets. For me, that’s a good characteristic of a vlogger/content creator. Real na real and it complements her stories/story-telling.
  • I have to say, I like your Paborito series a lot, but with this one, I am not so happy.. You tried a lot of great things, yes - but one of the most defining places, especially food-wise, is the muslim quarter of Manila! At least for me this is one of the things I think of when I think of Quiapo. The things you can eat there, you dont get everywhere else Manila, and its really different - so often in Paborito, it continues with the 100th Sisig, Adobo, Chicken Wing, Halo-Halo.. I am sure you want to try something new, unique and sarap. The malaysian-muslim-style food you get there, is really masarap. Arab Asian Resto Cafe is a great start, but to be honest I never had one bad meal in this area. They all can cook very well

So love how you really immerse deep down to the roots of our, i can very much say for you as well, Filipino culture & heritage. I’m loving every content you create with so much passion and we can see your real appreciation through and through. We PINOYS love you Jessica! Keep on spreading pinoy food love and this makes us want to learn your roots as well! ❤❤❤

A palengke mukbang is not a bad idea...you should definitely do it. Because some towns have their specialties as well and the place you'll definitely find it will be in the palengke where all the action is. I've watched Foodie Mama PH, and she did a real good job of Marikina. And with the dragon fruit...i think you need to find a quality one or know someone who can pick the fresh fruit at the perfect ripeness for you to try. LOL and I also agree, I think the commercial food like in BGC like you stated is overly seasoned....it's like a battle of which restaurant uses the most magic sarap/msg LOL. So I totally understand where people are coming from when they say Filipino food is too salty and/or too sweet....It's all about umami nowadays and less about balance. I know that rice is used to counterbalance it but sometimes the ulam is a bit too much in terms of MSG factor or sugar lol. No wonder cardiovascular disease and diabetes are the number one causes of mortality and morbidity there. Thanks again for another quality video.

Jessica's expressions are naturally cute.... That's why you are our paborito.

@jessica, I'm an avid fan for years now but I don't always comment on your vids, I don't forget to like it though 😊 However, in this video, probably, this is the closest to perfection you can get, from the comedy bits, the editing, the ipis, the candidness, the people you interviewed, their recommendation and how they were able to elaborate why they recommended it. (Maybe not so much for the ate who sold you the juice but it was still funny how honest she was) Everything was awesome❤❤❤ More videos like this please ❤❤❤
  • One thing that I loved about her is that she is nit shy to talk with strangers. Ito yung tipo ng babae na willing kang samahan sa lakad kasi walang arte. Feeling ko nga mas maarte pa ako sa kanya hahaha. More power Jessica!
  • @neilrosanes5836
Satisfying video 👌 Hindi nakakasawa panoorin si Ms.Jessica every vlog nya ❤ More videos pa po 🙏 See you on the next one 😁
  • @eyasnoodles2613
What I love about Jessica is the way she interact with people. I don't know about you guys, but that's a legit Pinoy right there.
