My friend, Dr. Joshi introduced me to all kinds of wonderfully prepared vegetables I had never eaten before. Banana flower tastes great.
I met an herbalist/pediatrician on my trip to India. She was a great host.

I love how this lady talks. I have a hard time with Indian accent most of the time, but she explains so well and with so much detail. She is wonderful. I have two banana flowers from the Asian store and will be cooking them pretty soon. Great vid!!
