    1. Sleep with windows open 2. Get some Sunshine ☀ 3. Get 8 hours of sleep 4. Exercise 5. Proper Diet 6. Hydrate in the Morning 7. Gratitude 8. Don’t keep your phone in the bedroom 9. Read with a dim light if can’t fall asleep 10. Gentle Yoga, Meditation, Warm bath 11. Keep your sleep cycle consistent 12. Write a Journal to clear your mind before bedtime 13. Limit alcohol and caffeine intake especially leading hours to bedtime 14. Avoid chocolate, dairy, heavy meals sugary snacks, some sodas, spicy foods, refined carbs close to bedtime. Instead opt for small piece of fruit, yogurt or whole-Grain crackers. Thank you đŸ™đŸŒ

    One thing that makes a huge difference for me is a dark room, and no led light. I covered my bedroom windows and my sleep improved massively.

    Docs recommended melatonin for me, used it for years and then I felt drunk all the time, got off melatonin but the symptoms never ceased! Had to push stimulants just to stay awake during the day, and then switched to THC gummies and ZZQuill to fall asleep, they worked, but they also have a slight hangover from use, but it wears off quickly once awake in the morning, and they worked better than anything else I have tried over the course of 10-15 years! I feel they have saved my life, because my insomnia was really bad!

  • Where is the base of the brain, I always thought the pineal grand was in the front of your forehead, I had many accidents on my head and now I feel like I'm getting forgetful and a lot of anxiety. I've been on medication for 14 years because I am sensitive to Noise, and the people above me were horrible. They made so much noise. he drove me crazy! Please help me. I'm trying to stay away from medication slowly because I know that he can harm you brain brain!🧠 thank you so much. I learned so much from you, I also need help with my knee. I can hardly walk. I saw that you have something to help me, but I don't know how to get that. Listen to everything you tell me! and I'm learning so much from you, God bless you and protect you. You are wonderful.     Sleep is as important as healty food. I wish i know this before. But as it is said better later than never.
  • Thank you. I suffer greatly with my sleep. Sometimes, I'm not able to sleep for a few nights. I did notice, however, that I slept better when the weather was sunny and hot and when I walked for hours during the day. God bless you 🙏 ❀

I am learning so much watching this and love this knowledge, Can i ask, however, there seem to be a part missing where Dr O'Neill refers back to the information about NREM and REM as on the wipeboard but the video does not show this part of the presentation. Is there a full presentation including this part? Thank you 😊
  • My wife is dealing with severe insomnia, days without a minute of sleep. My wife has been dealing with very painful herniated disc so I assume her arginine vasotocin isn’t being released due to the waste build up from it. The remedy for that is exercise, but what if she can’t exercise due to the pain, how does she release the waste without being able to exercise ? 🙏

  • I am so broken hearted today! They say that I have irregular heartbeat and my ankles are starting to swell. I just wonder if I started castor oil packs if I could heal my heart? I am not ready to die yet! I am a very young 75. IF the body will heal itself, I would like to try!! I just started taking Heart meds and water pills but the side effects are terrible all the while the doc's say there are no side effects!! Sniff...If the whole body can be healed, then why not my heart? Thank you, Kathy
