The crew returns to the ranch to plan their next move. To determine if a mysterious wooden box found in an underwater cave is of Aztec origin, they create a 3D model of the cave network using an underwater laser scanner. Chad dives to take a sample from the box, hoping to uncover a valuable treasure.

You should maybe get a sample of the rope lashing the logs too. You could tell right away if that nylon polyester rope is hundreds of years old.

My main problem is that they talked about how real estate company adamantium holdings who acquired Skinwalker Ranch in 2016 is unknown. Well, the owner Brandon Fugal came forward into the public eye, and they have made a hit reality show that has been running for several years now. They definitely have some viewer overlap, and I know people who visited that neighboring production, and they only had good things to say, in fact, they were overwhelmingly positive

From my research the Aztecs didn't have saws to cut smooth ends like those logs had...those logs where saw cut and not hand chopped with a axe or a blade....

Lol, instead of getting a sample of the rope that would be a more precise way to age the box they go for the wood that can have a fluctuating age because no one bows when the wood was cut. A tree can be 1000 years old when cut tomorrow and then carbon dated. That doesn’t mean, what ever was made from that 1000 year old wood is 1000 years old.
