It’s just sad that our legal system didn’t acknowledge the life of this 4 year old girl. Why is she still allowed to drive? She clearly can’t drive safely. In other countries even excessive speeding can be a loss of a license. A license is not a right to life in this country, especially in highly transit accessible cities like SF.

Just becuase people honk behind u doesn’t mean u should listen to them. If u feel it’s not safe don’t let them bully u into making too many sudden moves bc they won’t pay for ur accident if u get in one. If they are in a hurry they can are more than welcome to break the traffic laws but u don’t have to

A lot of drivers do not care about pedestrians you see it every day and I don’t have anything to do with the make up of the street. It’s the driver who don’t give a damn. I see it all the time.

The City clearly admitted that they did not design the intersection to maximize safety since their response to the incident was to go back to the drawing board. The Korean family needs to sue the City to get their point across. Ps. I live in SF and it's an intersection that I avoid as much as possible due to it being a MAJOR transit hub with tons of pedestrians all over the place.
