You obviously didn’t watch the show Victoria and Marie have the same exact same ablitys Marie just doesn’t know how to use it in the most lethal way and Victoria would pop Marie’s head before she had a chance to cut her hand or Marie could pop Victorias but Victoria was more powerful than Marie

I think Soldier Boy is stronger that Homelander. Maybe he cant fly or see through objects or doest have the heat vision (which cant still hurt him). But he is more durable (Homelander can get wounded internally, SB cant), he is more mentally stable, has more fighting experience etc...

You have to stop basing most of this on potential. There’s so many of them that would beat Marie. She might have the potential to be too 5 but potential means nothing if not fully exercised. Currently with where she’s at she is not top 15.

I think Soldier Boy is stronger before he uses his blast but after using it Homelander is stronger until he regains his power. The first fight he gets overwhelmed but at Vought Tower he seems superior.

Soldier Boy is immortal, can nullify powers but can't fly. Homelander is not immortal, will die of old age but can fly. You don't factor immortality which is nuts, immortality is a crazy power. Kimiko is also immortal, so yeah, she should absolutely be higher.

Having Neuman lower than Marie when they have the same powers, except Neuman has more experiance is really wierd. They are both two of the most dangerous supes out there, possibly more dangerous than Homelander. Cate should also be WAY higher on this list, her powers are insane, she can control anyone, all she has to do is touch homelander and he'd be her puppet she's arguably the most powerfull mutant, because she can outright control any of the other strongest supes, or ALL of the other strongest supes.
