Homeowners, business owners, anyone effected by the damage in the Town of Canisteo have started to pick up the pieces after damaging floods crashed Friday. Most, aren't sure where to start.

If I can make a suggestion these channels that post to YouTube need to have what state they are in somewhere in their channels header, or in the video. I have no idea where people are talking about. A county with out a state is useless. Just a suggestion.
