Scaler 2.9 New Features | Passages, Live Suggest Mode, Arps and Content

Published 2024-04-25
In this video Davide Carbone demonstrates the main new features introduced in Scaler 2.9. 'Passages' are a new way of interpreting chords as movements and melodic passages. Davide shows how using passages can turn any chords into beautifully played performances made by Scaler's in-house musicians. Davide also demonstrates the new 'Live Suggest Mode' which is a new way of finding chords that are compatible with your progression on the fly. Plus there's a look at the new Arpeggios, Bass Performances, Left Handed Guitar Display in the Fretboard view and lots of Chord Sets.

Thanks, Scaler has saved me from needing to watch hours of music theory online. Scaler teaches you as you create and removes all confusion.

As I am sure Davide agrees, Scaler allows you to create and use your heart and soul to originate music without having to worry about theory, voicings, arpeggios, bass lines or anything else for that matter. It changes the landscape of music creation completely for producers, arrangers and composers alike. Thank you for sharing yet another masterpiece video of Scaler Davide with us!

I was very impressed by Davide's presentations of Scaler 2 and immediately purchased it. Still, that was only the surface and the software was 10x more impressive to use, create and study. To me this is the ultimate music theory assistant, a must have. I'm really happy with its development :) GJ
