  • I feel YouTube is really forcing creators to split their channels into extremely focused channels. I don’t know if they changed algorithms and payment or whatever, but EVERY channel is splitting off into several channels. As a person it is more interesting to see various topic coverage because LIFE is a mix of things. But if you feel happier doing so, go for it.
  • I like the idea of both channels and I enjoy your podcast. Suggestion, how about a segment on what’s new in Paris this week? What events are in Paris. Or information that would help people when they go to the Olympics. Or the different events going on in Paris, thank you

As I sit here listening to you talk about your receipt fiasco I am compelled to mention what happened to me (in Canada) just recently, in the vein of customer service. I had purchased a kitchen faucet 7 yrs ago, which was now loosening constantly and dripping at the faucet base, and I remembered that it had a lifetime guarantee. My husband is an avid receipt and paper keeper so I pulled out the receipt. I emailed the company to ask what to do. Long story short, after sending them a photo of my receipt, it was literally!! 15 min later I happened to check my emails. They had emailed that the part had been shipped to me free of charge, they gave me the shipping number etc. It was in my mailbox 4 days later and my faucet is as good as new. So within 15 min. of my email they had processed and shipped my part. I am still amazed.
  • When I came to France I spent time in Normandy. Stunning. Also went to Omaha Beach, that experience was so moving. Tears
  • Just subscribed for @GetTheMargaritas and I think this is a good idea to split into two channels now. We'll still get to see your sweet personality come out in all your wanderings through Paris. Looking forward to both!
  • The two channel solution strikes as a good move, especially if it allows you to focus your approach to content. I'm sure there will be plenty of audience overlap between the two channels, but it especially makes sense to have a Paris only channel to grow the itinerary side of things. ❤
  • Subscribed! Love your fitness videos but I also love Paris! Excited for both channels!
  • Girl.....I'm here for both channels AND your website! Just sittin' here waiting on official merch. 😁

Hi Arielle, love this idea, will see you on both channels. Continue success.
  • @suzigemini
Subscribed to both now --I like all your content. Much love Arielle.🥰

Congrats on your second channel on YT! I am sure all you do will be crowned with success. Here in South Africa, except for the late 1950's and during the 1960's, personal safety, especially at night, has become a ridiculous notion. Even in the upmarket areas of a city like Johannesburg, no-one, male or female, dare travel alone. I know a large reason is the fact that we have a 42% unemployment rate, and our cost of living is stratospheric - people are desperate. It is, however, a sad fact that women will be targeted...... take care of yourself, and be aware!

My balcony in Vancouver has the same problem. After thoroughly shovelling the pigeon crap last year, it's the same again. A fake owl might be better than a pigeon! Good luck and subscribed to both 😊

On the topic of the last question…I would guess that the locals also depend on the Parisians for increased commerce.
