    I am 163 , 5’8 and I’m finally loosing weight in my high protein calorie deficit diet. My goal is 150 and I’m already down 6 pounds in 1 month 😊 Update : I’m 158 now yay

    Also, I am on my weight loss journey and lost so far 17 pound and counting. I hit 10K and up steps everyday plus go on runs not bc I have to but because I enjoy it it’s my escape from reality lol but I feel you on not being able to lift as much as I could prior to loosing weight and was confused and discouraged as well lol :(

  • You inspired me to lose weight. I never tracked my calories , I lost slowly 8 pounds in 7 weeks . I only walk and nothing else . Thank you . I gained some weight because of my French boyfriend who is skinny and can eat anything. I started eating a lot of desserts and drinking more wine Now he is very supportive of my weightloss . We enjoy an occasional glass of wine or a beer
