⭐️ INGREDIENTS
3 pounds carrots
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¾ teaspoon cumin or thyme
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup water
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, optional
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon parsley chopped to garnish
⭐️ BAKE at 400°F or 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how thick they are (thicker takes longer).
