Well not my favorite op but these are quiet, slow, somewhat dependable ( until gearbox starts leaking oil or the encoder or motor fail. But hey it also has a 5 yr warranty. So all the customer pays for is the labor. These work awesome for slide gates, they have battery backup.
Not many options for things like speed control ( which is ridiculously ez to do with dc motors).
They are impossible to install with 1 person as they are too heavy, too awkwardly balanced, and too big.
My preference is those other Canadian operators I have many videos of.
One of the suppliers also advised to not install these as all the afore mentioned problems are occurring in almost all the current sales model.
