GDI install replacing problematic HCT operator (always ongoing gearbox oil leaking problems)

Funny story here...the company I worked for 10 years ( in Port Coquitlam ) had this job previously but lost it almost immediately after getting it because when 2 timers were installed ( on main entry / exit gates ) the altronix timers didn't come with the 2032 3 volt batteries so they weren't installed and shortly after wiring in the power went out and all the programming was lost due to the memory battery not being installed.
So Valley All Door got the job back as they were the original company that maintained the gates and now do again
