Whoever came up with overnight oats nailed it. I love overnight oats. I have it 1-2 times a week but make individually with old fashion oats. What I also do is make a serving of hot oatmeal with quick one minute (50/50 water and oatmeal) then add yogurt and fruit (it is not hot when I eat it but still yummy).
