🥣 Ingredients:
1lb | 500g cabbage
1oz | 30g | 2tbsp dairy-free butter
6oz | 150g leeks

For seasoning:
1/2tbsp dried Italian herbs
1/2tbsp paprika
1tsp garlic powder
Salt

🥣 Batter ingredients:
4oz | 100g | 1 cup chickpea flour
8fl oz | 230ml | 1 cup water
pinch of salt

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
❗You can substitute sweetheart cabbages for a regular cabbage.
