Please read GUYS, IF YOU DECIDE TO GET A LLAMA *YOU MUST GET MORE THAN ONE*. They hate being alone and could suffer from berserk llama syndrome. This is dangerous to the animal and the owner! I've seen a viral video going around of an alpaca "excited" to see its owner. The alpaca isn't 'excited'. It's developing berserk alpaca syndrome and if not taken care of immediately the alpaca will more than likely have to be euthanized. This also happens to llamas. Please like this comment so Ryland will see it. I don't care about getting attention. I want all future llama/alpaca owners to be aware of the dangers of only adopting one llama/alpaca! They may already know, but others considering getting pet llamas and alpacas may not and I want these animals in a happy and healthy environment.
