A Registered Nurse and Yoga Teacher, Emily combines low-impact at-home walking, strength training, and stretching to help folks of all ages step into wellness with confidence and comfort.

  • 1st time your video came up. Good workout for right after breakfast. I'm 75, care partner for my wife who had Parkinson's. Been exercising since 2012. I have to keep up my strength to take care of her. Thank you for this workout. I have now subscribed and look forward to more workouts .
