    After years of trying different methods, I've finally lost a lot of weight easily using a pretty method. I can't post the link here but you can find it on my channel To anyone who wants to lose weight as well: - Drink water before meals, consuming a glass of water before meals can help you feel fuller, which may lead to consuming fewer calories during the meal. - Replace sugary drinks with water, swap out sugary sodas, juices, and energy drinks with water. Not only will this reduce your calorie intake, but it will also eliminate empty calories and added sugars from your diet. - Stay hydrated, sometimes feelings of hunger can actually be masked thirst. Aim to drink water consistently throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid mistaking thirst for hunger. See you guys when you reached your weight loss goals and feel amazing!
  • I am so thankful to God for enabling me to do the walk home exercise during lockdown. I have lost 10kg and I have a testimony that exercise has good result in our health together with eating healthy. I suffer with arthritis and I have been told by my doctor that I have diabetes type 2 but after few months of walking at home, I have been told that I don't have diabetes anymore glory be to God for giving me the energy. I thank Leslie for being a good trainer and motivator.

    This really works as long as you’re consistent. I was a size 12 and now I’m a size 2. I did this workout almost everyday and drank lots of water. Only took a few months and I lost 60 pounds. Leslie is very encouraging and her workouts are the only ones that have given me results.

    I am 81 yrs old and have followed your 30min walking exercise since Thanksgiving Day last year and doing it 6 days/week. I may be a second or two slower in some of your numbers, but in general I am able to keep up with your fast pace. It is helping me greatly, esp. with my balance/equilibrium. I thank God for your exercises to help us stay fit so we may live a more productive life. Keep up your good work.

    I've been doing it for 1 month. With intermittent fasting, I lost about 5 weights. I'm now starting a 45 minute walking series. It definitely works, don't be lazy and get started.

    If anyone is searching thru the comments right now trying to figure out if this workout is effective... let me just tell you: IT IS! I'm down 20 pounds so far. I usually HATE working out but these walk at home videos are awesome. You'll definitely sweat but it's not so strenuous that you'll be in pain. HIGHLY recommend! Do this 4-5 times a week and see where it gets you!
