Cheese Sauce Ingredients:
• 18g/1 ½ tbsp Unsalted Butter
• 18g/ 1 ½ tbsp All-Purpose Flour
• 325ml/ 1 ½ Cups Warm Milk
• ½ tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Dry Mustard
• 60g/ 2 oz Shredded Cheese

Directions
Step 1
Melt in a saucepan at medium heat, 1 tablespoon and a half of unsalted butter and once it’s completely melted. Add gradually equal part of the flour, which means 1 tbsp and a half and cook at low heat, stirring or whisking continuously.
Step 2
Add gradually 325ml warm milk and stir or whisk until a smooth sauce form. Cook it for 2 minutes until it thickens. Season with ½ tsp salt, add half of teaspoon dry mustard as well and stir. Add 60g shredded cheese and stir. Cook it for 2 more minutes and the sauce is ready to be served with nachos, French fries or whatever you prefer. Bon appetite!
