Ingredients
Dough
• 200ml/ 2/3 Cup & 2 tbsp. Warm Milk
• 500g/ 3 ½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
• 7g/ 2 ½ tsp Dry Yeast
• 125g/ ½ Cup + 2 tbsp. Caster Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tbsp. Soft Butter
• 50ml / ¼ Cup Sunflower Oil
• 2 tbsp. Lemon & Orange Zest
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 tbsp. Milk for greasing the Cheese Buns
• Brown Sugar (optional)
Cream Cheese Filling
• 350g/ 1 ½ Cups Cottage Cheese
• 1 Large Egg
• 150g/ ¾ Cup Caster Sugar
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Sugar
• 1 handful Raisins
• 2 tbsp. Semolina
