Doctor Strange in the Multiverse Of Madness might not have been the camo packed extravagancy many expected but that's not to say it didn't feature a number of notable expectation. Here we rank them all from worst to best, through Clea, Bruce Campbell, Captain Carter, Monica Rameau's Captain Marvel, Peggy Carter as Captain Carter, Patrick Stewart returning as Professor X, Anson Mount as Black Bolt and John Krasinski making his debut as Reed Richards aka Mr Fantastic of The Fantastic Four.

I think dr michael morbius showing up and saying “hey it’s morbin time” was actually a really great addition and really gave it that Raimi feel
  • Sue Storm actually did show up, but she was invisible the entire time.
  • @Rebelrose
Gotta love how Marvel casted John Krasinski to reprise his role as Jim. I was rolling on the floor when he gave that typical camera stare before being killed by Dwight

The “didn’t you guys chart in the 60s” line is a call back to the first strange movie where he can tell you when any band charted. A band called The Fantastic 4 charted in the 60s

The line "Didn't you guys chart in the 60s" is a reference to the band named The Fantastic Four, who was formed in 1965 which is a call back to the first movie and Strange’s ability to recall songs and musicians
  • The post credit scene where Strange said "now that madness is over, it's time for the Multiverse of Morbius" was beautiful
  • I love how everyone’s reaction to Charlize Theron seems to be, “Was she in The Eternals?“

Black Bolt only saying "I'm sorry" in the flash back and then being the first one to die to the Scarlett Witch was all the call back to Inhumans Marvel ever needs. The Illuminati all getting killed by Wanda definitely made Dr. Strange 2 a Raimi tittle. Also the spirits and the zombie stuff.

Statistically speaking, if there's a universe where everybody is paint, there should also be a universe where everybody is corn. What if the Corn of Coblin from that universe knows who Spider-Man is, and would have come through to the main MCU universe in No Way Home, if not for the second spell? We were THIS close to seeing him on the big screen!
  • Really loved the scene at the end where Strange looked right at camera and said “Now THAT was a Multiverse of Madness!”
  • Black Bolt saying "I'm sorry" was actually directed to the audience for the existence of that horrid Inhumans show.

My favorite cameo might be Anson Mount's Black Bolt (or at least some Multiversal version of him), purely for the fact that I never expected them to even dare touch anything related to the Inhumans show ever again. Sure, he's there to be axed off, but even acknowledging something that was so lambasted takes a fair bit of spine, which I gotta respect.

I can't believe I was more surprised by Anson Mount than I was of Krasinski.
  • @ckellysound
Was massively surprised to see Benedict Cumberbatch in MoM, amazing how under wraps marvel kept this one

The part where Dr. Strange and Dr. Michael Morbius teamed up to cure cancer was such a beautiful scene

For me the best cameo has to be the living tribunal which was shown during traveling of multiverses.for them to show him this soon and the way he reacted to them as if he didn't care and was just watching them traveling was just goosebumps.really want to see more of him and his overpowered powersss
  • @dorksanddragons
I actually loved that the Illuminati died so quickly. It felt like a real comic where the heroes head to another universe, get those heroes killed and leave with that Earth in tatters.

Anson Mount reprising his role is such a power move, like Marvel went yeah we know that show is terrible, we'll still have him cameo, what about it?!
  • @russelloats
The rumor I heard was that Ioan Gruffudd was going to reprise his role as Reed Richards, so I was geniunely surprised when they got internet fan cast Krasinski as him. Even more shocked that Mount returned as Black Bolt. Literally went "Wait, is that?"
