    I know they say if you don't have nothing nice to say, then don't say anything at all but...Dag this is the first recipe that I wasn't excited to follow. It was way to much grease, butter and salt. If you use a nonstick pan you wont need as much butter and your omelette wont turn as fast. Also the different color peppers does make a difference. The orange, red and yellow peppers are sweeter than a green pepper.

    This semi burnt egg gives it all the flavor. You dont want a yellow omelet. Burt egg is where its at!😄

    There is a difference between the taste of the peppers. The red ones are a little sweeter in taste, this is because Green bell peppers will continue to first turn yellow and then red if they are left on the plant to mature. They have a slightly bitter flavor and will never have the sweet taste of their red, yellow and orange counterparts.
